As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I was reflecting on the Scripture verse from Philippians 4:6. “do not be ANXIOUS about anything“! Wouldn’t that be nice not to be anxious about anything? We wake up in the morning often times stressing ourselves out before the day begins. We rush through our day saying when this is over then I’ll pray then I’ll rest but it never happens.
We need to begin our day handing our anxiety, worries, and LIFE to Jesus. We need to turn our ANXIETY into EXCITEMENT!
Just think, a new day, a brand-new day, to learn new things, see new things and experience God’s love. It’s all in our minds. We have the power to live a great and exciting today or create worry, anxiety, and negativity.
Make it a great day. Whatever you must do, do it with a smile, wherever you have to go keep your eyes in the moment and see God‘s creation, and whoever you encounter know you are encountering Christ face to face. Jesus reminds us we DON’T have to be anxious about anything when we walk with him. Have a blessed day!

I will be going through surgery this Thursday so I asked Msgr. or Fr. Theo for a blessing and he gave me one. I asked Deacon Hugo for a blessing also and he asked me if I had asked Msgr. or Fr. Theo for a special anointing and I said No. He then went up to Fr, Theo and told him what I needed. The next thing I knew I was in the residence living room, off the Sacristy and Fr. Theo gave me a special anointing! Now I need to come to you and get a special blessing before Thursday’s kidney surgery. So when are you available????? i have a meeting to attend tomorrow morning and a client coming in tomorrow afternoon. Call me or e-mail me and let me know! By the way, great message!
