As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus I am thinking about “SLOWING DOWN”. Even though time seems to have slowed down and I don’t really know what day it is until I wake up and look at my watch. We need to slow down. To take a few moments and reconnect with our Creator.
It might be watering the yard, or taking a walk, baking something for someone or calling an old friend but “SLOW DOWN TODAY” should remind us about living in the PRESENT moment and enjoying the presence of God. It does not cost anything, but it gives everything! Sitting in your favorite chair outside and look at the seasons changing, take the dog for a walk, go for a drive, and when you do focus on God’s handiwork.
Today there are some things I need to do but I am going to take time on my SLOWDOWN and acknowledge the presence of God!
