Strength

Craig Harrison - Coffee With Jesus

As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus on this beautiful morning, I was thinking about STRENGTH.  What makes us strong?  Usually, when something difficult comes our way, a special trial or great sorrow, something that really reshapes our world, that is when we grow STRONG.  When God wants to strengthen us, HE allows us to enter a storm.

After the storm, we must clean up the debris, we look around, and we REBUILD.  We do things differently, too, so we will be ready for the next trial.  And when we look back, we will see that the trial and separation that storm brought was needed to bring us closer to God and to become STRONGER.

Today, I am grateful for the trials, the storms, those moments when I was afraid because they have made me stronger in my relationship with Christ. I may be battle-scarred, but I have learned that it’s not the TITLES we carry BUT the TESTIMONY that matters.

Have a blessed day.  You can handle the storms when Christ is your Lord.

Buon Giorno Monsignor,

I just printed this, this one is being framed and placed next to my computer. I would have preferred to stay dry and on land, but I must have been a feeble weakling as our Father completely uprooted my life. I went through a tumultuous storm, but as you said, at the end I’m much stronger and I’m walking hand in hand with our Lord.

This line speaks volumes to me, “I may be battle-scarred, but I have learned that it’s not the TITLES we carry BUT the TESTIMONY that matters.”

Non n sono i TITOLI che portiamo MA la TESTIMONIANZA che conta”.

Have a terrific blessed Tuesday, let’s eat spinach next time!
