Drop Your Burdens

Craig Harrison - Coffee With Jesus

As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus I was thinking of a cute saying, “GOD invites us to drop our burdens on HIM! And unlike the dry cleaning, we don’t have to pick them up again. “Often in our walk, we hold on tightly to the past and what could’ve been and then we worry about the future what will be. Jesus wants us to focus on what is. Jesus calls us to make this day new and to walk in his light.

Whatever is holding you back it is time to let it go and allow the Lord to use you. He will take your pain, your trials, your fears, and with strong purpose HE will use it to build HIS kingdom we don’t need to keep going back and we do not need to look into the future we need to live today we need to make his PRESENCE Known to our world through our unshakable faith.

Today is a great time to set the pace. We can leave our worries and fears behind and today make this the best day of our life. It’s a choice and it’s the right choice. Have a blessed day!

Buon giorno Monsignor

The title is perfect, “Drop Your Burden.” It literally and visually should be this way; HE did not create us to have worry, to have fear, to have pain nor go through trials. He created us to live in love, peace, harmony and joy. HE wants us happy and being CONTENT with our lives.

Of course through our walk with Jesus, we will run into rocks here and there. Just pick them up, acknowledge them and if the situation is out of our control place the “rock” in HIS hands.
HE will then take over and protect us!

Using your insightful words, “whatever is holding you back it is time to let it go and allow the Lord to use you.” Let it go, let it go, let it go… it’s time to be present NOW.

Oh my. This touched me so deeply that I cried. I really need to stop looking back and longing for the past. And I need to stop fearing for the future as I age. Please say a little prayer for me for grace and strength to trust Jesus for today.
