Connection

Craig Harrison - Coffee With Jesus

As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I was thinking about the word CONNECTION.  In some ways, I believe all of life is about connections, connecting with God, connecting with others, and connecting with our true selves.  Today I woke up so early, I put toast in the toaster, and nothing happened.  I forgot to plug it in!  See, it’s all about connections.

Throughout our lives, we have connections that are severed-death!  We have connections that are fragile, connections that are short-lived, and lifetime connections too.  It is all about the connections.  Take some time today and think about the connections you cherish.  Maybe your marriage needs to be plugged back in.  Maybe you need to reconnect with your child, or an old friend, or most importantly, God.

The best thing about connecting with God is that HE never disconnects from us.  We just have to take a moment and focus on the reality that HE always stays plugged into us and claim it.

Today, it’s about CONNECTIONS and celebrating the gift that God gives us connecting OUR souls.

Have a blessed day!

Buon Giorno Monsignor

An interesting point of view, I agree, we are all connected, God places who we need to connect, sometimes it’s to help us through a difficult point in our lives, or to teach us a valuable lesson or as simple as increasing our connections. Relationships are an integral part of our well being, we all need positive connections, albeit, some will be connections you’d wish you could permanently severe, during those moments, let’s reflect on what our Father expects us to do: to grow, to become more compassionate, more giving, more loving, more confident or increasing our faith. Let’s carry extra batteries in case our electrical connections run out of power, my batteries are my connections with Jesus.

Here’s to a + positive day
