As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, taking a day to catch up with my thoughts, I was thinking of a special verse in Scripture that I call my LIFE VERSE. This Scripture, from Jeremiah 29:11, speaks to me. It says, “For I know the PLANS I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to PROSPER you and not to harm you, PLANS to give you HOPE and a future.” So, I sit here in GRATITUDE, knowing that God loves me so much that He has a plan for me. Being a person who likes to have control, that reminds me how much more I need to learn to surrender. My only responsibility is to be OPEN to it.
So today, I sit in gratitude for HIS PLAN. I have been blessed with a beautiful family and wonderful grandkids, good friends, their support and a deep FAITH in CHRIST. I don’t know why I sometimes doubt there’s a PLAN, for He has never let me down. Today I’m going to trust in HIS PLAN!
