Read Craig’s insights into a wide range of topics.
As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I was thinking of the word DISAPPOINTMENT. When I think of disappointment, I usually think immediately of the people who are disappointed in me. But today, I was thinking about people I may have disappointed. Have I disappointed my children, or my grandchildren? Who else have I disappointed?
My parents lived with me before they passed. Was I patient enough? Did I do everything I could to ease their last days? And in dealing with people who come to talk to me, have I been compassionate and understanding enough?
I don’t think we need to dwell on who we may have disappointed or who may have disappointed us, but it doesn’t hurt to sometimes look and see how we can be more loving, forgiving and merciful.
Have a blessed day.
