As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I was reflecting on the word TRANSITION. If you look it up in the dictionary, the word is defined as the process or period of change from one state of condition to another. We all go through transitions in our lives. Maybe you have been through a divorce, or a job change, or moved to a new area, or lost someone you love; all of these bring us to TRANSITION.
We cannot stop TRANSITION from happening, but we can certainly rely on Christ to help us through. It says in Joshua 1:9, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go!” And Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future full of hope.” The Scriptures are full of reminders that when we are in TRANSITION, we need to lean on the Lord.
So today, I am going to see the TRANSITIONS in my life as true blessings and a gift from God. I will cling to HIM for direction and support.
Have a great and blessed day!

“For I know the plans you have for me.” This a beautiful song by John Silver
Just lost my sister in law Gerry Lindsey. We are so far away the transition is hard.
