As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I’m reflecting on lighting the fourth candle of ADVENT. The final candle represents the angels coming to declare the birth of the Newborn KING!
Perhaps Jesus knows we need a sign that everything is going to be OK, a reminder that Jesus came into the world, and that maybe HE will get our attention! It’s not too late to SAVE our world. I am lighting my candle with faith and hope in Jesus, remembering that I am not alone, that the light of Jesus is always with me! Have a great day!

Your words make it easier to accept the fact that a stroke at 69 with a brain bleed. Operation and 2 weeks in I C U. Not able to talk or move. Prayer from many family and friends lead me to be grateful to God. Over the years I taught Sunday School at st Philip’s. My 2 boys went to Saint Francis School. I made great friends with Cindy Meeks and the PTO. My son said he prayed everyday on the way to ICU that I would squeeze his hand. I have a few limitations. I need a walker, but I am here for one more Christmas with grandkids.
