BREATHING

As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I think about the power of BREATHING.  In the book of Genesis 2:7, it says that “The Lord our God formed man out of the dust of the ground and breathed life into his nostrils, the breath of LIFE, and the man became a living creature.”

Every time we pause to take a deep breath, we connect with that FIRST breath.  Our minds become clear, our hearts slow down, and we bring peace into the moment.  We are so used to being in such a hurry, worrying about so many things, that we forget the simple gift of BREATH.

Today, as you go through your day, as you get in your car, between appointments, take a moment and pause and take a deep BREATH and reconnect with GOD!
