As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I am thinking about the word BALANCE. It’s not always easy to keep our spiritual, emotional, psychological, and physical life in BALANCE. Yesterday during my workout, my trainer talked to us about BALANCE, so necessary especially the older we get. She had us do all kinds of exercises to help us keep balanced.
I think the most difficult area for me to stay balanced is physically. If my workout partners did not come every day, I would be out getting a doughnut somewhere. But because they’re just so diligent, they help me to find that balance. I think it’s important to find people who can keep you accountable in the area in which you find it the most difficult to stay balanced.
Jesus wants us to live a BALANCED life! Thank you Diana, Tonia, Greg, and Mikey for keeping me balanced. I think we are on about year 15 with a routine. Even though I’m not excited when I see my trainer show up, (I want doughnut!), I know this routine keeps me balanced. Today, find someone to take a walk with, to go for a run with , to ride a bike with, and find that physical BALANCE.
Have a great day!

I have balance, God gives me balance. I have never had accountability partners or friends true friends the ones that they say will be there always for you come rain or shine.
