As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I am filled with GRATITUDE. What a beautiful day yesterday was. We had a wonderful send off for a friend and I spent time with so many friends. It was great to see so many people. It also reminded me that when things and times are difficult, GRATITUDE is the answer. I realized how blessed I am. I am blessed to have a deep faith in Christ, and even with challenges, Jesus reminds me of all the things I should be GRATEFUL for.
I can find myself complaining about things or worrying about things that I have no control over but, in the end, I am BLESSED. When I take a deep breath and I think of all that Jesus has done for me, I can’t help but being overwhelmed with GRATITUDE.
So, the next time you feel blue, or attacked, or things seem out of control, just take five minutes and count your blessings. It works every time! It’s going to be a GREAT day and don’t forget to be GRATEFUL!
