As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I continued to think about the word CHANGE. Marcus Aurelius once said, “No man steps in the same river twice because the river has changed and so has the man.” Life seems to always be in constant change, and I think we are changing too. It is the reason why a personal relationship with Christ is so important. To allow HIS spirit to change and mold us is to be Christ-like.
I read a simple prayer that I liked, “Heavenly Father, I don’t know what the future holds, but I know YOU hold the future.” As we begin our day and go to work or school, let’s embrace the change! The Spirit of God is guiding us. HIS SPIRIT reminds us that HE is in control and that everything that is changing is part of this plan. GO WITH THE FLOW!
Today, put a smile on your face and look at a beautiful new fall day in November. It’s a new day and a new opportunity to make Christ present.
