As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I was thinking about PALM SUNDAY. On Palm Sunday, the Passion of Christ is read and we transition into HOLY WEEK. We are entering into a special time. The PASSION of Christ is the basis of our faith.
When you go to church on Palm Sunday, you will receive a palm that has been blessed. It is a symbol of the journey that we’ve been on and it has a very profound meaning. Many people have entered into the passion of Christ in a unique way, with loved ones who have been sick or who have even passed away. We have to TRUST that Christ is leading us to a greater awareness of HIS love as HE did in HIS PASSION.
Today, take time to pray for the sick, reflect over the past year, and see what lessons you have learned about LOVE. I highly recommend watching the PASSION OF CHRIST. I watch it every year to remind me of the sacrifice that was made for me.
