As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I was thinking of one of my favorite quotes from Saint Padre Pio, “Don’t worry to the point of losing your INNER peace. Pray with perseverance, with faith, with calmness and serenity.”
Sometimes I think we forget the power of prayer. We forget that we have a gift that can lift us and our world to a better place. We may not get the answer to our prayers immediately, but God always answers our prayers. “Because God delays does not mean God denies.”
So, pray with perseverance, with a very strong faith, and with calmness and serenity that you are being heard, that all your prayers will be answered. Today, I am going to pray for our world, for our nation, for our community and for all of you. No one can keep us from Praying!
