As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus taking a day of rest to catch up with my thoughts I was thinking of a special verse in scripture that I call my LIFE verse. When I had my conversion back in college this Scripture from Jeremiah spoke to me.
Jeremiah 29:11“ For I know the PLANS I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to PROSPER you and not to harm you, PLANS to give you HOPE and a future”. This verse helps me to remember that God always has a plan for me and my only responsibility is to be OPEN to it. So, I sit here in GRATITUDE that God loves me so much and has a plan for me. Being a person who likes to have control it reminds me how much more I have to surrender.
So today I sit in gratitude for HIS PLAN. I have been blessed with a beautiful family and wonderful grandkids, good friends, support and a deep FAITH in CHRIST. I don’t know why sometimes I doubt there’s a PLAN He has never let me down. Today I’m going to trust in HIS PLAN! Have a blessed day!
