As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I was thinking about the NEWS.
I used to love to watch the NEWS faithfully, but over the past few years, I don’t watch it anymore.
I feel it’s all BAD NEWS. I really don’t know who to believe or if they are even reporting the truth.
That is why I substituted my time watching the NEWS with reading that GOOD NEWS.
If you want to find peace and balance in your life, it’s necessary to get to know Christ.
One of the best ways to do that is to read his WORD, the GOOD NEWS.
The Scriptures are better at helping us through our problems than anything else.
So today, instead of turning on the television, or reading the newspaper, pick up your Bible and read the GOOD NEWS.
I’ll give you a hint. It’s about love, joy, forgiveness, and peace! That should whet your appetite.
