Gratitude

Craig Harrison - Coffee With Jesus

As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus during this beautiful Thanksgiving season, it is all about GRATITUDE.  In the last few days, I shared about making a list of things you’re grateful for.  I shared about action for thanks always leads to giving (THANKSGIVING), and today it’s adding it all up.  No matter how difficult the years may be, God has been FAITHFUL, and blessed us.  There is nowhere in the Bible that it says that life will be easy!

Jesus says, “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.”

So, during this season, bring your fears, pains, sorrows, trials, and tribulations, and lift them up to the cross and PRAISE God.  Focus on the light of Christ, not on the darkness, and you will find that you have a lot to be GRATEFUL for.  This, too, SHALL pass, and we will experience, as a world and a nation, and in our personal lives, Emmanuel -GOD IS WITH US!  No matter how we celebrate Thanksgiving, what is most important is that we give THANKS.  Feel free to have a piece of pie before your meal in memory of my mother…it’s a great family tradition.

And thank you for being a friend and journeying with me in a complete surrender to our Lord!

Buon Giorno Monsignor Craig

Through our own individual battles which God gives us, He’s making us stronger than we ever thought possible..as long as you have full faith in HIM, if you’re not 100% of the love our Father has upon his children, you’ll have a horrific experience wondering.why he abandoned you.

The word gratitude means the state of being grateful. “The state” means your mindset. Are you grateful for everything and all the experiences from your past to present to future? Think about this, don’t answer today, I recommend being fully honest with yourself.
No one will judge you but in order to fully grow and walk with God, in my mind your honest answer to this defines your true essence..

My response to your Thanksgiving message was long, but it’s healing to me when I respond to your messages. I can’t explain it but I feel as I write to your Godly messages our Father is piece by piece healing me.. there’s research showing journaling I has many benefits, I wholeheartedly agree.

I’m going to improve my state of gratefulness. I will increase my perspective to consciously and to the point it’s effortless in finding the joy in my painful journeys.

Possa nostro Padre continuare a benedirla Monsignore. Il nostro Padre Onnipotente ha grandi progetti per te. (May our Father continue to bless you Monsignor. Our Almighty Father has grand plans for you.)

Great inspiration! Received more pictures of my brother Fred’s funeral service in New Mexico last night! Also, the 1st. cousins want a mass said for him here in Bakersfield so they can attend so I’m in the process of planning that now. It will just be a Sunday mass dedicated to Fred! Amen and God Bless everyone!
