As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I was thinking about being CALM. So often in life, I get anxious about things, and I sometimes allow those things to overrun me. I have to consciously reign myself in. Â
And then there are occasions when I deal with life calmly. My grandson told me he feels calm when he plays video games. For me, it’s taking a deep breath, or sometimes simply looking out at nature, and feeling the presence of Christ. When we are calm, and in the presence of God, we can handle anything.
So today, take a deep breath. Look at God’s creation, or play a video game, and find the place where you can be calm.
