As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I lit my first Advent candle representing HOPE. Can you think of anything greater that our world needs right now than HOPE? Can you also imagine if each person opened their heart to God’s Spirit, how HOPE would be fulfilled?
Today, you have that opportunity to bring HOPE. Every time you go outside yourself and do something selfless, you bring HOPE! Every time you show an act of love, you bring HOPE. From a simple smile to bringing food for the poor, every act of love brings HOPE. When you trust God with your worries and anxieties, that brings HOPE. When you surrender and put your trust in HIM, it brings HOPE!
So, today, get in the SPIRIT of the anticipation and preparation of Jesus Christ coming into our world. Light your candle and be a sign of HOPE to our world.
