As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I was thinking about REST. In our non-stop world, resting is often seen as laziness, but God created rest as a holy necessity. Even Jesus took time to withdraw from the crowds to rest and pray.
We cannot pour from an empty cup. Take time today to rest your body, quiet your mind, and allow God to renew your spirit.
