    Soul Day Wellness

    by Craig F. Harrison January 10, 2026

As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I was thinking about a song that my friend, Heidi, used to sing with the choir, with Marlene playing on the piano, ALL IS WELL WITH MY SOUL! Even the words are powerful, especially in times like this, when it seems there is so much disorder and confusion in the world.

Even amidst the chaos and trials of the day, if OUR SOUL is in the right place, all is WELL. It is most important during times that seem stressful or when things are not working out, that we realize that the Lord is there. I have found in my journey that this is so true. As long as I strive to follow HIM, listen to HIS word, and put my trust in HIM, ALL IS WELL WITH MY SOUL!

I call today SOUL Day! It’s a day to make sure that ALL IS WELL with my soul, because, in the end, nothing else matters. So, take a deep breath, recommit your day and your life to Christ, and know that ALL IS WELL. Have a blessed day!
