As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I was thinking about the word KINDNESS.  Ephesians 4:32 says, “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” Yesterday, I witnessed so many acts of KINDNESS.  From breakfast in the morning with a priest friend, to all the people that came up to me, to lunch at Woolgrowers, the waitress, all the people..everywhere I went I experienced KINDNESS.

I visited a few friends who are very ill and the KINDNESS their caregivers were showing was beautiful.  Colossians 3:12 says, “Put on then, as GOD’S chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, KINDNESS, humility, meekness and patience.”  Can you imagine what our world would be like if we all did simple acts of KINDNESS?

Today, be aware of the tone in your voice, of all of the occasions that God gives you to share KINDNESS, and act on it.  As we show KINDNESS, we show GOD!

Good Morning, thank you for your words of wisdom regarding Kindness. I may have a bad day, but I need to remember to check the tone of my voice. My we all have peace in our lives.

Buon Giorno Monsignor, This is one of my favorite scriptures: Ephesians 4:32 says, “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” This gives me continual hope, knowing as I’m human, I will make errors, even so, Christ will grace me with his forgiveness. As Christ forgives us, we must be willing to forgive those who trespass against us, to be kind, loving, compassionate and with empathy. It’s so easy, find the greatness in all we meet. Yay, the inspirations are coming through again!!!!!! Great inspiration! Last Sunday, at the 10:30 mass that was given, my cousin gave the mass in honor of my brother, Fred, who passed away in N.Mex. last Oct. 25th. The problem occurred when the priest giving the mass at St. Francis stated that he was a part of the Ansolabehere and Eyherabide families, but failed to mention that he was a Vietnam vet. That is NOT the way we in America honor our vets! He suffered with agent orange for 45 years!..........I wish you were still in charge at St. Francis of Assisi!!!!!!.......Amen and GOD BLESS EVERYONE!
