Uncomplicate Yourself

Today, I reflected on a simple yet profound phrase: “Uncomplicate yourself.” It’s so easy to get caught up in to-do lists, pressures, and responsibilities, making our lives more complicated than they need to be.

So, I invite you to take a moment—whether you’re working, with family, or on vacation—and think about how you can simplify your life. Remember: Slow down, simplify, and sanctify. Let’s stop taking everything so seriously and just be who we are meant to be: kind and loving. Take a deep breath, feel the love around you, and find ways to uncomplicate your life.

Sending blessings from Assisi!
