As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I was thinking about SELF-PEACE. Francis, my dog, and I decided to escape to the beach where we ran into friends, and we began talking about SELF-PEACE. There’s a difference between the PEACE we sometimes feel in the world and SELF-PEACE. Self-peace comes from the inside, knowing that we are living God‘s plan in our lives and content even with the chaos, attacks, and pain.
SELF-PEACE requires a deep relationship with Christ, trusting that He will carry us through life. And there is even purpose in the trials that we go through. When we find SELF PEACE, we find the presence of God.
Today, I’m going to strive for SELF-PEACE, a peace that draws me into the sacredness of the relationship of the Father, Son, and Spirit. What a gift SELF PEACE is!
Have a blessed day.
