Perseverance

As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus I am thinking about the word PERSEVERANCE. The definition of the word is the persistence of doing something despite it being difficult or delayed. I always admire people who have persevered through difficult circumstances. Even though the world today seems unbalanced we must persevere and we must persevere with faith. Jesus gives us the greatest example of perseverance and the Bible is full of people who went through all kinds of trials and persevered in faith. Paul wrote to the Romans, “suffering produces perseverance, perseverance character, and character HOPE.Today, I am going to persevere. I am going to draw on the strength of Christ and bring HOPE. I’m going to count my blessings, put a smile on my face and go out in the over heat and witness that HE is Lord of my life. Have a blessed day!
