Our Choice

A beautiful Friday morning having coffee with Jesus. All of the reflections this morning seem to come together today. It says in Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through him who strengthens me”. Each day we struggle not to complain-masks no masks, open up we hear more grumble; is this real, is it fake, is it over, can we get back to a regular life? And I wonder if it really matters. It just is what it is! The bigger question becomes what are we doing with it? our time? our attitude? Have you become a better person being challenged? Have you learned a little patience? Have you slowed down from your fast-paced life? And have you grown closer to the LORD? We can do all things through HIM who strengthens us, but we need to turn to HIM. We may never know all the facts, we may have done things differently but what are we doing today? Do we believe God is strengthening us for even greater things? Today we have a choice we can complain about what’s going on or we can make this the best day of our life! It’s our choice to bring God’s spirit to the forefront. I heard it may be close to 100 degrees today, we can moan and groan or rejoice maybe that temperature will be what it needs to destroy the virus, who knows… But it is what it is and Jesus has a perfect day planned.
