MAKE IT MEANINGFUL

Craig Harrison's Coffee with Jesus reflections provide a healthy cup of daily inspiration to start your day. Cover art by

As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I decided to call it, a day to  “MAKE IT MEANINGFUL“. We can give meaning to everything we do; from the time we get up until we go to sleep. We can wake up with a smile and a heart of gratitude for a new day or we can wake up and complain about what we need to do. It’s all about ATTITUDE.

Jesus invites us to make this day MEANINGFUL. A kind act, a simple prayer for someone, grateful that we have things to do. We can change our whole day by just having a heart of GRATITUDE. We can make driving to work meaningful as we talk to God about our day ahead. We can make tasks that we don’t want to do meaningful by offering them up for some who is going through a hard time.

Today I’m going to give MEANING to each moment through the day! I am going to praise God for the ordinary and the extraordinary things today. With gratitude and Thanksgiving, I’m going to live this week, with new opportunities, new adventures. Happy Make It a Meaningful Day!

Great message! After telling you about my youngest brother being in the hospital in New Mexico last night at Reflections for Women, I came home and at 9:20 PM I received a call from my niece that my brother, her dad had passed away at 9:05 PM. My brother Steve had also tried to call me 4 hrs. before since he is in Las Cruces on vacation and was with Fred, our brother when everything happened, but I didn't hear my cell phone ring so I didn't get the message! Please keep him and his family on your prayer list! Amen and God Bless!

The right attitude is a Joshua, Caleb moment! The rejection of the people consigned them to a terminal meandering existence. Joshua and Caleb entered into GOD’s promise, provision and their fulfilled vision. What great insight we achieve when we study their lives, journey, optimism and accomplishment! Midst struggle their faith secured a nation and fulfilled an eternal destiny of triumph. PROMISE MADE; PROMISE KEPT; DESTINY SECURED! “What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us”? Romans 8:31 NLT
