As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I was thinking about the song that woke me up this morning. The song was “LEAN ON ME” by Bill Withers. That should be our theme song for our relationship with Jesus. I reflected on the many times I actually leaned on HIM, and HE was always there to carry me through.
It doesn’t matter if we’re going through a difficult time, or if everything is wonderful, all we must do is lean on HIM. In these difficult times, with natural disasters, political upheaval, pandemic, economic crises, all of our world needs to lean on HIM!
Today I am beginning my day and I just had Alexa play again LEAN ON ME and I just picture Jesus standing there with open arms, saying lean on ME… that is all you need! Today I’m going to accept the grace that comes with leaning on and trusting in HIM. Have a great day and don’t forget to lean and if you need you can fall into HIS arms!
