Gratitude

Craig Harrison's Coffee with Jesus reflections provide a healthy cup of daily inspiration to start your day. Cover art by

As I sit and have my cup of coffee with Jesus, I am filled with

GRATITUDE. What a beautiful day yesterday was. We had a wonderful send off for a friend and I spent time with so many friends. It was great to see so many people. It also reminded me that when things and times are difficult, GRATITUDE is the answer. I realized how blessed I am. I am blessed to have a deep faith in Christ, and even with challenges, Jesus reminds me of all the things I should be GRATEFUL for.

I can find myself complaining about things or worrying about things that I have no control over but, in the end, I am BLESSED. When I take a deep breath and I think of all that Jesus has done for me, I can’t help but being overwhelmed with GRATITUDE.

So, the next time you feel blue, or attacked, or things seem out of control, just take five minutes and count your blessings. It works every time! It’s going to be a GREAT day and don’t forget to be GRATEFUL!

Have a blessed day!

I am very, very Grateful for the friends and relative who stepped up and helped me and took care of me after my three surgeries these past three and a half months, I still have another 4 weeks or so to go through as I recover, but I've been told if I need anything or to be taken somewhere and can't drive, to call and at least one of them will take care of making sure I get where I'm supposed to go! I'm also grateful for the friends who call and check up on me to make sure I'm ok, even though they live clear across town from me! If I need them, I know they are also there! Thank you for the Blessings you gave me before I went into surgeries! I knew that GOD, THE FATHER, SON AND HOLY SPIRIT were with me before, during and after my surgeries since I could feel HIS presence and still can! AMEN AND GOD BLESS EVERYONE!
